On Monday 22nd May, Year 9 students from the Churchill Campus and Morwell Campus travelled to a farm in Westbury to undertake a geographic inquiry that aligned with their unit of studies on biomes and food security. Visiting a farm where they have modified the environment for food production, the students had to consider the impact and influence of factors such as environment, finance, and technology. While at the farm students participated in a discussion facilitated by RACE (raising aspirations and career education in agriculture) Gippsland before completing their inquiry notes.
